My approach
Successful design is an iterative process where great ideas emerge and evolve. I use a human-centered approach focused on problem solving, blending UX thinking with product strategy to design scalable solutions that meet real user needs and drive business goals.

Discover and define
Every project begins with curiosity. I dive into user needs, business goals, and market context to uncover the why behind the work. Through research, workshops, and conversations, I identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities. This phase is about building clarity -- transforming loose ideas into a focused problem statement that sets the direction for everything that follows.

Design and collaborate
With a clear strategy in place, I move quickly into design exploration. I sketch, prototype, and refine concepts that balance user insights with business priorities and practical constraints. I collaborate closely to share process, gather feedback, and ensure every decision is transparent and intentional. The result is thoughtful, usable designs that feel effortless for the end user.

Test and evolve
A launch isn't the finish line--it's the start of learning. I put designs into the real world, validate them through testing, and refine them through continuous feedback. Whether it's an A/B test, usability study, or post-launch analysis, I focus on learning fast and adapting quickly. Insights don't sit on the shelf--they fuel the next round of progress.
